7th Annual MusicFest and Silent Auction
to Benefit The Medicine Horse Center
The Medicine Horse Center is pleased to announce our upcoming 7th Annual MusicFest & Silent Auction Benefit on Saturday, October 27th, 2007 at 6:30pm at the Mancos Opera House. We are very excited to present the return of Joyce Simpson of Las Vegas, NV (formerly Mancos, CO) and the “Reunion of the JS Trio” including Jeff Solon and Jeff Sweet. Joyce Simpson is a four-octave jazz vocalist with an onstage persona often compared to vintage Sarah, Billie, and Dinah. Her style is simple, yet elegant; honest and soulful.
Tickets are $30/pp and includes appetizers, music and the silent auction and are on sale through the Medicine Horse Center (533-7403), at Rocky Mountain One-Stop in Cortez, Zuma Natural Foods in Mancos, and Southwest Sound (add $1 service charge per ticket) in Durango. Tickets are also available for purchase online at www.medicinehorsecenter.org.
