Summer Horse Camp!
Learn skills to safely work with horses, play “horsey” games, do horse art projects, make horse treats and just have fun with horses!
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays July 21st – August 13th
Kids 6-9 years from 9am-noon
Kids 10-13 years from 1:00-4:00
Where: The Medicine Horse tipi at Riversong Ranch
Cost: $400; space is limited to 8 kids per group

What We Do
The Medicine Horse Center offers equine assisted therapeutic services to people of all ages with physical, cognitive, emotional or age-related challenges. Under the guidance of licensed health care therapists and horse professionals, client's interactions with horses aim to foster emotional, social, spiritual, physical and psychological growth.

Who We Are
The Medicine Horse Center is a Colorado not-for-profit charitable 501(c)(3) corporation, headquartered in the Mancos Valley. We are a North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) Member Center. Our instructors are NARHA and/or EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) Certified. The Center has provided equine assisted therapy services to the Four Corners community since 1999, and operates from its headquarters in Mancos, as well as a satellite facility in neighboring Durango.
